Sindi Referrals is a healthcare SaaS that helps clinics manage and track patient referrals in one place
What I did
Reduced onboarding friction by 90% and increased onboarding completion by 45% by compressing a long, fragmented setup into a fast “SSO → 1 setup screen → dashboard” flow
Problem
The marketing promise felt “fast + free,” but the actual flow was long : signup → verify email → login again → org → location → user → plan → dashboard. This caused drop-offs, especially for busy clinic staff

Before: long wizard + verification + extra steps
After: Get started → Setup your practice → (optional invite) → Dashboard

What I changed
Made SSO the primary path (“Continue with Google”) and removed the extra verification loop for SSO
Compressed setup into one meaningful screen: practice name + specialty + address (search/autofill) + admin/provider context
Removed early plan selection (no paywall before value)
Let teams invite providers later (don’t block first session)
